📦 Important Delivery Notes: 

• Ensure there is clear access to your home and the delivery room. 
• For flats or apartments, please arrange lift access or building permissions if required. 
• In the absence of lift access, delivery is available up to the 4th floor.

We’re here to make getting your new bed easier—by arranging delivery with trusted partners. But since we’re the organizers, not the mattress movers, here’s the scoop on how it all works: 

1. We Set It Up, But They Show Up 

We arrange your delivery with third-party pros who handle the heavy lifting. While we coordinate the details, the actual delivery is in their capable hands. 

2. Your Role in the Delivery Dance 

Make sure the address and delivery instructions are spot on! Also, clear the path: stairs, elevators, doorways—you know the drill. If access is tricky, it’s your job to get the green light from building management or help smooth the way. 

3. If Things Go Sideways 

If there are delays, damage, or your bed takes an unexpected detour (like hanging out in the lobby), don’t worry—we’re here to help coordinate. However, we’re not responsible for delivery mishaps. Any issues need to be worked out directly with the delivery team. 

4. What’s Included? 

We offer different delivery packages—from simple doorstep drop-offs to full white-glove service with assembly and old bed removal. The services included are exactly what you select—no surprises. 

5. No Liability—But Lots of Love 

By booking delivery through us, you agree that we aren’t liable for any damage, delays, or lost socks (okay, maybe not socks). We’ll do our best, but the delivery providers carry the risk. 

6. Changing Your Mind? 

Delivery schedules and cancellations are managed by the delivery team. We can’t promise refunds or rescheduling on short notice, so plan ahead! 

7. Legalese (Because We Have To) 

To keep everything fair: our service is limited to arranging delivery only. We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or delivery dramas. That’s between you and the delivery provider.
